Not many good hotels in Semporna. This is newly built hence very fresh and up to the standard for Semporna. I selected a room with a sea view, despite no balcony. The hotel is very central and close to the sea.

Good location just 10-50 meters from dive centers (Scuba Junky etc). Attentive and helpful staff. Decent fresh room. Do not take % for payment by card (in dive-centers you'll pay 3% for that). Cleaning every day. Every day change of towels, water. Overall - good hotel, maybe the best option it that spot.

We stayed there for two nights as we had organized a day trip to the islands. The hotel is decent and clean. Wifi is OK. Good location as it is near to jetty, restaurant and here is 7/11 shop next to the lobby.
